Bounce Blankets in 10 Ply and 12 Ply

These gorgeous blankets are made using the cute-as-a-button Tin Can Knits pattern, Bounce. The pattern is written for an 8 ply/DK weight yarn, but it works beautifully in any weight — so we made two versions, one in 10 ply and one in 12 ply, and wanted to share the measurements and quantities with you.

Both blankets are made in our deliciously soft house brand cotton and come in two colourways, making this a quick and easy knit that's perfect for anyone looking to create something beautiful without the lengthy commitment.

Colourway Options

Ocean Stripes features 5 colours plus 1 neutral (6 colours in total), creating a fresh, seaside-inspired palette.

Citrus Stripes offers 6 colours plus 1 neutral (7 colours in total) for a vibrant, sunny finish.

Both are equally stunning and work beautifully with our easy-care cotton bases.

10 Ply Blanket Specifications

The 10 ply version measures 90cm × 110cm and requires:

• 15 balls of 10 ply cotton (Ocean Stripes)
• 17 balls of 10 ply cotton (Citrus Stripes)
• 5mm needles

12 Ply Blanket Specifications

The 12 ply version measures 115cm × 145cm and requires:

• 16 balls of 12 ply cotton (Ocean Stripes)
• 18 balls of 12 ply cotton (Citrus Stripes)
• 6mm needles
