Need to change the colour? Not the right ply? Postage enquiries?
Sometimes it just isn't what you thought it would be....
Don't worry, I get it and I'm always happy for you to return or exchange your ordered items.
I am a little bit strict about two things though:
1. Please respect my yarn and return it in the same condition that I posted it to you.
2. You are responsible for postage both ways if you are exchanging your yarn for another colour.
Exchanges and Refunds/Store Credit
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom dyed items (including Advent Calendars) or gift cards.
Please return the item in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with a self addressed post bag. If you forget to send a self addressed post bag I will invoice you for return postage.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded through Paypal or you can choose store credit.
All parcels/orders are posted using Australia Post. Once your parcel has left my care I cannot be held responsible for late delivery or lost parcels/orders.
I offer a flat rate of $10 postage Australia wide.
Express Post is offered as an option.
International post is limited to New Zealand and the United States.
